CROMOLYN 2% OPTHALMIC SOLUTION
To prevent and relief of allergy symptoms

Ingredients : Medicinal : Each mL contains 20 mL Socidum Cromoglycate USP.

Non-Medicinal (alphabetically): Benzalkonium Chloride (as a preservative), Edetate Disodium, Purified Water.

DOSAGE: Adults and children 5 years of age and older: 1 to 2 drops in each eye 4 times a day at regular intervals.

Maximum single dose per eye: 2 drops or 1.6 mg.

Maximum total daily dose: 16 drops or 12.8 mg.

8 drops per eye.

  • The effect of CROMOLYN EYE DROPS therapy depends on its administration at regular intervals.
  • Do not exceed recommended dose.
  • To maintain sterility, replace cap after use and avoid touching the eye or other surfaces with the applicator tip.
  • Refer to package insert for additional information.

WARNING: — Do not use the treatment of eye injury or infection. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, if condition worsens or if relief is not obtained within 72 hours, consult your doctor immediately — Do not wear soft contact lenses during treatment — Do not use with any other eye treatment except on the advice of your doctor — Protect from direct sunlight — Discard the opened bottle after 4 weeks.

Store between 15o and 30oC. Protect from light.

CROMOLYN NASAL SOLUTION
To prevent and relief of allergy symptoms

Ingredients: Medicinal : Each metered dose contains 2.6 mL Socidum Cromoglycate USP.

Non-Medicinal (alphabetically): Benzalkonium Chloride (as a preservative), Edetate Disodium, Purified Water.

DOSAGE: Adults and children over 5 years: One spray into each nostril 6 times a day (single dose 2.6 mg, total daily dose 15.6 mg Sodium Cromoglycate). When adequate response has been obtained, dosage should be reduced to 2 to 3 times per day (every 8 to 12 hours). Treatment should not be discontinued abruptly but dosage should be reduced gradually over a period of one week.

CROMOLYN NASAL MIST works best at preventing your nasal allergy symptoms if you begin using it one week before contact with the cause of your allergies.

Due to the slow onset of action of this medication, other allergy medications may be used as required during the first week of therapy.

To help maintain relief, it is important to continue treatment throughout the allergy season, even when your symptoms have subsided. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Refer to package insert for additional information.

PRECAUTION: — If you do not obtain relief within 7 days of starting treatment with CROMOLYN NASAL MIST, consult your doctor — Patients with nasal polyps should not use this product except on the advise of a doctor — If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, consult your doctor prior to use.

Store between 15o and 30oC. Protect from direct sunlight.
